{"id":1984,"date":"2016-03-14T13:22:39","date_gmt":"2016-03-14T12:22:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psicoterapia-gap.net\/blog\/?p=1984"},"modified":"2017-10-10T18:35:26","modified_gmt":"2017-10-10T17:35:26","slug":"sesiones-quincenales-de-practica-de-mindfulness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psicoterapia-gap.net\/blog\/sesiones-quincenales-de-practica-de-mindfulness\/","title":{"rendered":"Sesiones de pr\u00e1ctica de Mindfulness"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De cara a consolidar la pr\u00e1ctica individual y a generar un espacio donde compartir experiencias y aclarar posibles dudas damos inicio a las\u00a0<strong>sesiones quincenales de pr\u00e1ctica de Mindfulness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n en las sesiones es\u00a0<strong>gratuita<\/strong>, pero se requiere estar familiarizado con las nociones b\u00e1sicas de la pr\u00e1ctica de Mindfulness, para lo cual recomendamos\u00a0haber realizado el\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/psicoterapia-gap.net\/blog\/introduccion-a-mindfulness\/\"><strong>Curso de Introducci\u00f3n a Mindfulness<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0que se imparte desde el gabinete u otra formaci\u00f3n af\u00edn, dado que en la mayor parte de sesiones no se proporcionar\u00e1n indicaciones adicionales.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda\u00a0de las sesiones ser\u00e1n de\u00a0pr\u00e1ctica libre, si bien algunas de ellas, se orientar\u00e1n a la realizaci\u00f3n de alguna pr\u00e1ctica concreta consensuada con los asistentes con antelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fechas: Mi\u00e9rcoles alternos cada 15 d\u00edas (consultar calendario)<\/li>\n<li>Hora: De 18 a 19 horas<\/li>\n<li>Requisitos: Nociones b\u00e1sicas de meditaci\u00f3n Mindfulness o estrategias meditativas afines (Vippasana\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Indicaciones: Acudir con ropa c\u00f3moda y, quien lo desee,\u00a0manta y\/o coj\u00edn de meditaci\u00f3n.
